BlackRock Software Developer interview questions

3 stage process 1 - HR Screen 2- Code pair test with 2 engineers. Fairly enjoyable test as the engineers were friendly and engaged and the test itself was pretty straightforward 3- Final stage 2hr interview with tech team to discuss previous work experience and technology used. Then a call with HR to discuss more generic HR stuff. I was then ghosted after putting hours into this process, the BlackRock recruitment team were appalling - basically not replying to emails for clarification at any point and not explaining how to prepare for interviews - just show up at this time. Be careful with these guys - after so long invested in the process I would have expected feedback.
