BlackRock Software Developer interview questions

Got a 3 hour online screening where you were given 5 problems. Only 3 of those problems were mandatory. 1 ,2 question was leetcode. 3 question was basic html/css/javascript/ Rest were React and Java backend. Finished the test successfully and got an email from the recruiter that I was moving to onsite interview. After that the Recruiter didn't contact me back or set up the onsite interview. So much for wasting my time. I think its a really bad outlook if you are ghosting candidates after telling them that they move to the onsite interview.
