I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2016
Interview
I did the first interview in person with two Engineers in my school. They asked some questions about programming language, some easy algorithm problems, also we talked about memory management and things like that. The second interview was in the company with a senior Engineer. Did some programming in front of him. After that, had an HR interview.

One Technical interview followed by another Technical interview and HR interview.
Technical interviews are on hacker rank. Screen is far, so it can be helpful to zoom in: Ctrl-+.
Keyboards are Bloomberg keyboards, they are quite cool.
Overall the experience was positive, and good atmosphere. There are snacks free to grab as well.
