The interview process started by meeting current employees on campus. After submitting an application I completed an online test and a video interview. After that came an in-person interview at the office in New York followed by a final video interview with a department manager.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

Interview
4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
