I applied to the job position and the week after I received the interview proposal and it was planned for few days after. I received the negative feedback within 10 days. In any case the interview was though but they were friendly. They checked about professional and educational background, competence knowledge and additional language skills.

Interview with HR discussing role and how my experience as a relationship manager can translate into the role. It was fairly straightforward to learn my motivation and if i would suit the role.
Few stages starting with a telephone screen. Remain curious and personable throughout. It's worth more than knowledge. Learn a little bit about the product you're looking to sell. You'll be ok.

Challenging, grilled by two senior sales reps on several topics. No technical questions, almost only motivation. They want to make sure you're committed and mentally ready for the job and the 6-months training.
