I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (New York, NY) in Nov 2010
Interview
Interview on-campus and then was flown up to New York for a second round interview. Was given a tour of the building, had a 2:1 interview, and then shadow two people at their desk. I was asked back for another 1:1 interview after lunch which they consider to be their 3rd round. Thought everything went really well but unfortunately did not get an offer.
Hirevue, Superday, In person. Hirevue was pretty standard and the superday was hard, but they give you all of the info you need to prepare. I prepared well for everything besides the sales role play, and that's where I messed up. Everything else is exactly how they describe it.
