I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2021
Interview
The interview process for a sales role at Bloomberg was structured and professional. It began with an initial phone screen, followed by one or more video or in-person interviews with hiring managers. The questions focused on sales experience, knowledge of financial markets, and the ability to articulate Bloomberg’s value proposition. There was also an emphasis on problem-solving, communication skills, and cultural fit. The process was thorough but fair, with timely feedback provided along the way
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you sell Bloomberg Terminal to a prospective client who is already using a competitor's product
Interview with HR discussing role and how my experience as a relationship manager can translate into the role. It was fairly straightforward to learn my motivation and if i would suit the role.
Few stages starting with a telephone screen. Remain curious and personable throughout. It's worth more than knowledge. Learn a little bit about the product you're looking to sell. You'll be ok.

Question 1
What would you say to a prospect that tells you your product is too expensive?
Challenging, grilled by two senior sales reps on several topics. No technical questions, almost only motivation. They want to make sure you're committed and mentally ready for the job and the 6-months training.
