Process was extremely disorganized. The recruiter from Bloomberg contacted me 2 months after I applied which already speaks volumes about how chaotic and disorganized the she managed the process. We scheduled a phone call with a Senior recruiter in the corporate functions and on the day 5 mins after the call should have started she emailed me saying that her fixed line was not working. She could have suggested to call by zoom, teams or from a mobile but she asked me to rescheduled to the next day at the same time and I accepted. Next day, she did not call either. A few minutes after the call should have started, I emailed her as I was waiting for her call asking her if she still wanted to go ahead with the call. A week later, no call, no reply to my email let alone an apology. I was completely ghosted and it became clear that there was no problems with the phone. She simply lied. This was the behaviour of a "Senior" recruiter. I completely lost interest in the job and the company and I emailed her asking to withdraw my application as I don't want to work for a company that treats candidates like job beggars. Awful experience.
