Telephone interview for Beijing position: start with English and move to Mandarin. For about 20 minutes very basic personality match interview. Faced some tech problems first, called the London centre and asked to trans to Beijing office

1. Recorded Video Interview. 2. HR Interview. 3. Team Leader Interview. 4. Shadowing and Manager Interview. A very long interviewing process - which is common for Bloomberg. All interviewers were very nice, put me at ease and did not ask any trick questions, I really appreciated this culture, which encouraged me to accept the offer. Questions were either about financial markets, the company, the role I was applying for and situational questions.
