I applied online. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Londres, Inglaterra) in May 2012
Interview
After going through online application process I was given an on-line test. It was numerical and not a difficult one. The good thing that I could see my results immediately after submission.
The next stage was in -person interview. The first hour was with 2 guys and the second hour was with a senior developer. The both hours were very similar, very technical and tough. It was mix of usual brain-tears questions, simple coding and basic knowledge or server applications.
As I understand, maximum an interview can take 3 hours. The last hour is supposed to be with HR but I didn't reach it.
The whole process was really long and took around 4 mouths.
