Plum personality quiz, then a 30min phone interview, then an assessment day which included a short intro to the Bloomberg Terminal and a subsequent simulation exercise answering clients' questions via the terminal's chat function. After that, we where split into two groups, each arguing a different side of a predetermined questioned, for which we had 15min to prepare in our group, and then 15min to argue with the opposing group. This was followed by a tour of the building and then an individual interview with two team leaders, after which we were told to get some lunch and expect a call saying whether we had been successful or not within the next 45ish minutes. If you got a call, there was another interview straight away with more senior managers and, finally, another interview after that (a couple of days later)

Interview
I just went through the recruitment process through online. I was asked to complete the video interview and then a simple cognitive test. Then I was scheduled for a phone interview which briefly asks your background and general questions on resume.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2019
Interview
1. Applied online.
2. Online Personality/Behavior test
3. Video interview (recording oneself without an interviewer)
4. Assessment Center with several activities, a tour, and two interviews.
The entire process took around 2 weeks. The interviews were very different for me and other candidates, hence giving a thorough answer is quite difficult. It is quite certain that you will have to do some kind of consultative sales pitch though.
