I applied online. I interviewed at Bloomberg in Mar 2017
Interview
The phone interview went pretty well. The interviewer just asked few questions like why bloomberg and favorite project. Then a technical problem which is the same as leetcode 273.
I didn't do well for I forgot to consider some corner cases.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Bloomberg (New York, NY) in Apr 2017
Interview
1 technical phone interview + 4 rounds onsite. 2 technical rounds with engineers, 1 with HR and 1 with engineering manager (semi technical). Heavy emphasis on resume related questions. Know your resume like the back of your hand. Spend time on the technical details of all the projects you list there.

I applied online. I interviewed at Bloomberg in May 2017
Interview
I have applied on their website and 1 week later I had the first phone interview. The interviewer was really nice and patient. First we had a chat about my past experience and software development in general then we went to technical interview using HackerRank.
The overall impression was positive. The questions were not that difficult for someone who has experience with software development
