Application to offer process took about a month. Panel interview where they asked 2 introductory questions, and 3 STAR questions: 1. Why your major? Why Boeing? 2. Tell me about your experience. 3. Name a time when you had to analyze a set of results. 4. Name a time when you had to resolve a situation. 5. Name a time where you had to compromise to get a task done.

Strictly with their process, take STAR policy interview questions. They required mentally strong candidates. Focused with their work ethics and ask for proper reporting with either good or bad update.
