Boeing interview questions

They asked a series of questions assessing my aptitude, problem solving abilities, and interpersonal communication habits within team settings. The interviewers largely followed the STAR methodology within their questions. There was an initial screening interview by phone and then a single in-person interview.

Formal group interview. Pre-decided list of questions. Round table asking standard interview questions about situations and experience. The team I talked to was good and we broke off script some to make it more of a conversation.
