Boeing interview questions

First an interview of canned questions, and you wonder if anyone is listening, because they don't respond, clarify or ask any questions. You are supposed to structure your answers STAR Situation, Target, Action and Result. If you don't stick to the structure they will keep asking you to go back and answer again.

Smooth, responsive, strict. It was a nice experience to have done it with an experienced team. The result thought me a lot and made me aware of my weak points.
