I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Saint Louis, MO) in Jun 2013
Interview
Filled out an online application and a few days later received an email asking me to answer additional questions. A few days after that I received a phone call from a staffing assistant to set up a phone interview. The interview was conducted by three people very similar to the descriptions provided by others. One member explained how the interview would be conducted and then the questions were asked. I was requested to provide answers in the STAR format. The question topics were 1) My qualifications for the position, 2) Working with a diverse group 3) A time that I had to make a decision about completing a task when there was an unforeseen problem 4) The approach I take when entering a new work environment 5) Lessons I learned from a challenging situation.

Question 1
After reviewing the questions others have been asked it was pretty clear what type of question I would be asked so I had prepared several scenarios. The questions asked were not exact fits, but close enough that I could use the examples I had prepared to address the question asked.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boeing
Interview
I'm guessing it was an administrative assistant that first contacted me about a position with the company 2 months after I filled out an application. They asked me for a specific certificate which I sent and received notification of a phone interview two days later. It was the phone interview which led me to decline a subsequent interview.
My perception on the interviewers was not a favorable one. They seemed pissed off they were "tasked" with conducting the interview, almost like it was beneath them, and it was not a pleasant experience at all. Too bad! I've heard good things about the company too.

Question 1
To keep with the spirit of integrity and because they ask at the beginning of the interview, "please do not disclose any information or interview questions to keep it fair for the other interviewees." I will not. However, I will say that there were 5 questions about how you personally handle various situations.
