I applied online. I interviewed at Booking.com in Jan 2021
Interview
Straightforward, 1 phone screening interview and 2 interviews over Zoom. I had to prepare a presentation for the second video interview. Communication was good throughout, they got back to me when said they would.

Question 1
On a scale of 1-10 how would you grade your communication skills?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (San Diego, CA) in Sep 2021
Interview
Booking was not respectful of my time and effort. Had one intro call with HR. One call with hiring manager. SWOT presentation done in front of two other managers who weren't the hiring manager. Direct manager wasn't present during my presentation, probably because they already knew who they wanted to fill the role. Management ended up rehiring another associate they had been previously laid off. HR rep offered me a chance to interview for an opening in different region. Had to complete the same process, including all calls and a brand new SWOT analysis for the new region, ALL OVER AGAIN even though I came highly recommended from the previous round of interviews. Declined to advance, it was a complete waste of time and effort for such a low paying entry level job.
