Booking.com User Experience Designer interview questions

Designers who does not know front-end development can't join Booking. The hiring process starts with a HTML and CSS test, and you have about 30 minutes to finish it. You are not only measured for finish the test, your code must be excellent. It's more a role for a front-end developer than UX Designer at all.

It was a four steps interview: 1. HR interview by phone 2. Another HR interview by phone 3. A phone screen Interview with the UX team (two person interview) 4. A 1:1 interview in the HQ. It was three rounds of interview: One regarding your background experience, one regarding your skills and one with the HR. A total of almost three hours of interview, with one hour each.
