The HR recruiter found me on LinkedIn and asks me if I’m interested to apply to UX designer vacancy. After 15 days I applied on the website I received an e-mail to schedule a phone interview.
The call took around 45 min, I didn't have an offer because they where looking someone with more experience with A/B test.

The interview process was really quick, i first applied for the position on Linkedin, after a fews weeks the hiring manager set up a call on skype to discuss the details of the position and to get to know me.
I'm a experienced UI/UX Designer, but the only thing related to UX is on the job title. They are basically looking for a Front End Developer than a proper UX Designer.
