Interview
First interview asked some fairly aggressive questions about experience and coursework, really looking for specific experience. The second interview was very relaxed, and current employees mostly answered any questions I had about the company. They were good about giving a fairly honest review of what the work consists of.

Interview
Spoke with hiring manager, technical manager, consulting manager, then VP over the group. Somewhat informative, not a very difficult interview in terms of skill review or experience questions. Each interviewer spent more time talking about the group and the product than they did asking me questions. The group was somewhat misrepresented during the interview process.

Interview
- Entretien téléphonique RH, assez court, simplement pour vous jauger et évaluer votre parcours
- "Assessment Center" : Test de français, Entretien de Groupe avec mise en situation (cas concret consulting), Entretien Individuel RH, Entretien Individuel avec un Opérationnel qui évalue votre capacité à évoluer dans les métiers du conseil (il n'est pas forcément de votre future équipe)
- Si accepté après l'Assessment Center, vous passez au niveau opérationnel, avec rencontre d'un, deux ou trois niveaux hiérarchiques (généralement deux) : Consultant Senior/Manager puis Senior Manager/Associé
