CGI Consultant interview questions

The interview was very simple and more of behavioral. Had 2 rounds of phone interview and one in-person one on one interview and the interview was very basic. Each phone interview lasted for 15 - 20 minutes and the final interview went on for 30-45 minutes. The hiring process was very transparent and the recruiter was helpful throughout the process

First interview was a general "get to know you" interview, see if you will fit in with the company, see if you're literate, can show up on time very basic stuff. 2 interviewers and you. Second interview is more technical if you are a developer, 3-4 interviewers and you. If they're not 100% sure on you at this point, you may be asked to do a code test which is administered remotely. You're asked to do something relatively simple and they gauge not only the final product but how you got there.
