Capital One Senior Project Manager interview questions

It was disorganized and unprofessional pretty much from start to finish- for example, the day before the interview the recruiter emailed me to tell me the start time had been moved from 9am-11am. The next day (day of interview) I got a phone call at 9:06am asking me where I was and why I hadn’t shown up yet! Another example would be after I had shown up, the 3rd set of interviewers walked in late and talked between themselves about how they thought they were going to have a break, but they let the “last one” go long because they started late and they would just “cut this one short so they could leave early”. They said all this in front of me before even introducing themselves, so I felt I was doomed no matter what answers I gave before the interview even started!
