First was HR Phone Screening, then phone screening with Hiring Manager and then Power Day which included case interview + 2 rounds of technical interviews + 2 rounds of behavior interviews

Interview
Very straightforward and transparent. I applied through a referral who connected me to the hiring manager. After a call with the manager, I had a brief call with a recruiter who explained the process in depth. I then had my “super day” split into two days of 15-40 minutes interviews. I like that they told me the intention of each interview (I.e. behavioral , meet and greet, job for, etc.) so I could adjust my preparation. Compared to other companies I’ve applied to, although it wasn’t a brief process, it was very intentional and I didn’t feel like my time was wasted and learned a lot about the company and the team.
