Overall very straightforward, no trick questions.
it was pretty straight forward if you know insurance or have some interest in it. coming from college with a degree in it I would say it was rather simple.
there were three rounds of interviews. One with HR and two with the team you work with or they are considering you to have work with. Sometimes there may be more if there is a team they think is a better fit.
