Long process with multiple uncoordinated interviews and full of bias traps and unfair questions. Unclear if hiring managers are given any interviewing training or if simply rely on gut feel / emotion to make decisions.

Question 1
What’s the biggest problem with selling products through intermediaries
Unprofessional. I was scheduled for four interviews in thirty minute increments. WebEx is what the organization uses; the next interviewer does not enter the Webex call. The interviewee leaves the call and joins the next webex. For this reason, it was impossible to start the next interview on time. After the first interview, I ran late on all others. There should be a buffer built in. Additionally, in error, I was sent another candidate’s confidential information. I knew the candidate. It took close to four weeks to receive a declination.
Very good, two interviews, everyone was polite and insightful, the vibe changed from first interview to the second one because it was with a different department, the second one was way more difficult
