Okay, but they can do better instead of ghosting. They wouldn't delay sending me a rejection email if I were not up to the standard. For weird reasons, no rejection and no acceptance. Even after I met one of the recruiters at a job fair and told her about this, she was like oh, she will send me an email, but then I didn't get any email until now.
