3 interviews, 1 with a psycologist that asked basic questions like why would you like to work at citi ect., the 2nd at the offices and had to take a economic and finance test after having a 1 on 1 interview with an anlyst, and the third was a 1 on 1 interview with the risk officer of buenos aires.

First I submitted my CV and got sent a numerical test. After passing the test I was invited for an asessment centre. In the assessment centre first we did a group project where we had to create a new product for the bank. Second, we had to present ourselves. Those who qualified for the second half of the day continued with an interview with people from the department. This interview was more technical

No questions were too different from the usual. As the role involved a lot of accounting, they tested my knowledge in this area. They also asked questions to see if I had a more conservative or risky profile. Interview
was contacted by a staffing firm for the role, and then I was set up for an interview at Citi two weeks later. The first interview was with three people from the department. The second interview was with the CTO and it became more informal than formal soon into it. I was called with the offer the same afternoon.
