The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (Varsovia, Mazovia)
Interview
At the beginning I was asked to do codility task that took 3 hours. The result was pretty good, I was invited for the interview on-site. I took day off, spent two hours speaking with pretty kind people, all the conversation was pretty okay. After that i didnt get anything, no positive, no negative feedback. I lost my day off, a lot of time and they're not even able to give you a feedback.
I do not recommend.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Citi in May 2017
Interview
I was interviewed at citi Pune office in 2017.The entire process was very annoying. First they make you wait for long time. Then they give you a 2 hr presentation which has nothing to do with interview process.
It then progreses with a series of technical rounds which won't end at all. I had 5 technical rounds each lasting for 1 hr each.
They even take a codibility test. I cleared the 3 technical and coding test as well. Then I was called for managerial round which was taken by Director himself(which is not the case anywhere else). After managerial one more technical round. Who takes technical after managerial. Then I was told I did not clear the last round. Wasted entire day for this?? If ultimately the Director was only going to decide why so much drama.. should have kept his round as first round as for him your technical communication and leadership skills don't matter.
I would suggest don't waste your time in giving interview here.
