I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Citi
Interview
Loooong. My HR interview/screening was in Feb and my last business interview was in August. 6 interviews in total.. I have heard interview process that took a year. Very grueling but stay positive and you will get to the finish line. Citi is a great place to work. Great salary and benefits compared to the Canadian banks (Note that VP titles are given to anyone from analyst to senior manager while in Canadian banks, VPs are largely for executives or front office so keep that in mind while doing comparisons - Citi is very generous with titles but the $$$ backs it up). Very nice and substantial substantial room for growth not just in Canada, but ability to transfer to other Citi locations worldwide. Opportunities are endless at Citi.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Honestly, don't have any specific interview questions. The questions were mostly driven by what was on my resume and my background and what position I was interviewing for. Just like any other interview, make sure you do your research on the company, which are good conversation starters from your end.
