Interviews are generally held one to one. With 4 separate interviews - and Citi, I think, prefer that two women interviewers are also part of the selection process.
I found interviews to be balanced. However, for the time you spend in the interview process and spending time writing written responses to questions, you don't get any feedback at all even when you have invested so much into that process.
HR is slow
Very long process - interviews restarting over again after you have been told to wait for an offer in a week or two. Process tool over six months with over 14 interviews, the longest process I have ever had.
