Cognizant Process Executive interview questions

Initial and final interview went on smoothly. Got the results within the week. Only took less than 5 minutes for both interviews, was asked basic questions. Not that hard to be honest even though I had no experience as a customer service representative that time.

Okay, the interview is quite straightforward and the hiring manager asked some technical questions but not really hard, just want to know your knowledge of the position. All in all, everything went well and got the job offer within two weeks
