Aptitude test and manager level technical interview. Aptitude test include logical questions and english. The candidates who have cleared the interview will have a manager level interview. Based on the scores of both the test and the interview the candidates will be short listed.

Interview process was good, there was written aptitude test at beginning for basic screening, then one to one interview. The interview session was very interactive, as the interviewers were working employees not "recruiters". They had knowledge of technology and business requirements, which made the whole thing very much fun going.
