Concentrix Call Center Agent interview questions

Ask questions related to the work your applying. how would I handle such customer, and how would I act if I encounter a difficult customer to handle and how to end the call nicely

The interview process took 6 hours. It started from initial interview, language test, typing and data entry test, SVAR and the account type testing. Lastly is the final call interview which I haven't received a call yet. I received a text saying that they are having a hard time reaching my calls & I need to reapply for their final interview.
