Concentrix Customer Advisor interview questions

The interview consisted of several parts including situation dependent questions, personality test, IQ and Grammer test, dealing with clients/customers in a simulated situation. Most of these parts were timed so it had to be done under a given time.

Easy interview process after assignment is completed they contacted me in after 3 days. The interview was a video interview with questions attached you record yourself answering the questions. Pretty easy process
