Not a good experience! Webhelp contacted me with a job opportunity and an interview was scheduled. Before this interview, I had to take 3 assessment tests, and a call simulation. The interview was not terrible but not great either. Everything seemed disorganised and there was a lot of background noise. After the 1st interview, there was a 2nd interview scheduled for the next day, in the form of a sort of Role Play call. I logged in 5 minutes before the interview - unfortunately, no one showed up but me. While waiting on call, after 10/15 minutes I contacted the hiring manager via email and never got a response. I was ghosted and no one from Webhelp had the decency to contact me or answer my email.
