Concentrix Customer Advisor interview questions

I applied through a link, and need to fill in all the information it has mentioned. After that, they will send the credential for the online exam. I have gone through an online versant round. It was good. I'm still waiting for the result.

The interview process consisted for 3 parts. This included a typing test, a PC test( which tests your computer to see how fast it is and compatible it is to work with Concentrix ) and a video interview , which includes you answering a series of questions and to say 2 different scripts that they give you to practice.
