Conduent Customer Service Advisor interview questions

I filled out the online application I received an email about setting up an appointment to do an hour long interview. As well as showing my workspace since the job is a WFH position. The interview didn't take an hour and at the end I was extended a verbal offer.

It was an average and very easy video interview. The interviewer asked basic customer service questions about what I would do in different scenarios with customers. The interview lasted about 15 minutes.
