Conduent Customer Service Advisor interview questions

The interview process took 3 weeks, depends on the language you applied for they will first ask you to do a written assessment of the languages you applied for, after that they will call you to peform a verbal assessment for each language. Lastly, they will carry out an interview where they inform you within 48 hours if you are fit for the possition or not. The bad thing is, even if you qualify for the position, this "Qualified Status" is only valid for 3 months and they keep the right to not call you to start if they don't want to.
