They basically hire anyone if you can pass the customer service test on the computer. You fill out of sheet of paper, take the test, interview, fill out the background check, and take the drug test all in the same day. And the interview wasnt even really an interview. you just pick out what schedule you want to work.

The process was easy, you start with an online test to show your personality skills. From there you move on to a typing test to see how fast you are. Once they have determined from those skills to move forward they continue the interview which is very friendly and personable. They walk you around the floor to show you the area and then offer you the next training class if you accept their offer.
