I applied through other source. I interviewed at Conduent (Montego Bay) in Apr 2017
Interview
It was extensive, which I did not expect however it was easier than anticipated. I had a 8am interview the first day and this consisted of various tests and an interview; Math, English, Typing, speech, Scenarios, etc. After the interview, I was told I would be referred for a second interview for a client of theirs on the phone on another day.
The telephone interview was not my best as a result of me not knowing about the client company, however, I had the qualifications meeting,if not surpassing the expectations. I was told they would accept me. A day later, I was contacted with a job offer which I accepted.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Conduent (San Antonio, TX) in Mar 2017
Interview
Short all in one day. Showed up, applied, took two tests, filled out a bunch of paperwork, interviewed and after a few hours, I left the building with a job which was nice.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Conduent (Houston, TX) in Mar 2017
Interview
Strange process. You walk into a waiting room to fill in a very basic, one page initial questionnaire which informs you that you MUST have absolute availability 7 days per week from about 6am to 11pm, which leaves no room for a part-time job. The questionnaire tells you that no accommodations will be made. You also have to physically come here and pay $4-$6 dollars in parking to be informed that you are only paid $10 an hour during training, and then a whopping $10.50 per hour after completing training. Sweatshop wages.

Question 1
Can you commit to being available seven days a week from 6am to 11pm, without any accommodations made, to work any shifts given?
