I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Control Risks
Interview
Started with an initial call with three analysts. After being successful, an hour-long interview was set up with two analysts and the team manager. After that, I was assigned a 3 hour written assessment. It took around 10 days after submitting the test to be offered the role. The overall process was very smooth and the recruiter was resposive and friendly. I would recommend Control Risks for anyone who is considering to apply!
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Control Risks in Nov 2021
Interview
After succesfully completing the online assesment, I did a nice first interview with the hiring manager. I had a good feeling about it, very simple conversation. Then I did the second round interview with different members of the team from different offices. Quite though questions I would say, they were trying to see how control risks values translate into your day to day life (at work or personnal). So you have to be very prepared and think thouroughly about every experience you have and how it impacted the person you are today. Well did not get any reply from them even after sending them a follow up email so I guess I did not pass that second step, but would have been nice to get some sort of feedback :/

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Control Risks (Houston, TX) in Aug 2021
Interview
4 MONTHS OF INTERVIEWS!! Literally, took me through a 4 month interview process: one 30-minute screening, one 1-hour minute interview, and a last 1.5 hour interview with including a PowerPoint presentation and addressing 3 case studies and how I would approach them. Met the entire team, had some what of a great discussion and no offer!! I should have known that they were wasting my time when it took them 6 weeks to schedule a second interview. It was not worth the $80k for this position given the sheer disrespect of my time!! I will never recommend working for any company who treats candidates like they do.
