Na online gesolliciteerd te hebben ben ik opgebeld voor vervolgstappen. Deze bestonden onder meer uit een IQ test, een telefonsisch interview en een interview op locatie. De IQ test was naar mijn idee erg eenvoudig en de interviews vonden plaats in een ontspannen sfeer. Wel had ik het idee dat de interviewers alleen geinteresseerd waren in specifieke antwoorden op hun hypothetische vragen en dat er weinig waardering was voor alternatieve perspectieven. Mijn advies: het meest simpele antwoord is meestal het juiste.

Applied online and then multiple interviews, plus cases you have to do. Interviews are not to get to know you, but to test you. Very young company, which is cool, but it looks like they think they know it all.
