Costco Wholesale Front-End Assistant interview questions

Two rounds of interviews with hiring managers then if you get called back shortly after (15-30 mins) to meet the General Manager then you pretty much got the job. Then you return for scheduled group orientation to complete computer based trainings, provide I-9 documentation, quick drug screening (swab)

They call you and set a date for face to fave interview. I got the call after 2 weeks of applying. At first they will share some paperworks which contain the job description for the roles being offered. Mine had three sets of documents for Stocker, Parking Lot attendant and Front end assistant. After filling all these they will take you for the first round of interviews. For me it was a two member panel. They asked 6 situation based questions and asked to share real examples while answering. After completing they send for the manager for the final round of interview. He asked some additional situation based question and ends the session.
