3 step process with 3 different managers - can be on different days or the same day but they will ask questions depending on where you are applying for. For example if you work the merchandising floor you will be asked about how you ensure quality and efficiency

I was interviewed by a supervisor and the hiring manager. The interview was approximately 15 minutes long and consisted of no more than 4-5 questions in total. It was straightforward and consistent with my expectations.
