I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Crocs
Interview
5 round interview with respective team members, I had a deadline of needing a offer by a specific date and they did not respond on the day I asked them too... interview process takes too long and they are loosing highly qualified candidates who have other offers on the table
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Crocs (Washington, DC) in Mar 2020
Interview
Longer than anticipated as they were “looking to move fast” but easy. Overall, good process and easy clickable links provided. Beyond that, even though it did not work out in my favor I would recommend.

Question 1
Provide a time when you presented work that didn’t go well?
I applied online. I interviewed at Crocs (Boulder, CO) in Sep 2021
Interview
The interview process was the longest I have ever experienced. The interview started out with the Recruiter and then a full week went by before I heard back.
Then I moved to a second round and another week went by before I got feedback.
Then I received feedback and was asked to do a third interview and finally, a fourth interview and this was a total of 4 weeks.
After another full week went by, I reached out to the Recruiter and asked for an update. The recruiter kindly let me know that she is still trying to get feedback.
Fast forward to another 2 weeks, I sent another email asking if they can please give me an update. At that point, not until after I asked again, did I receive an email from the Recruiter letting me know that they decided to go in a different direction. What an awful experience to be put through such a long process and wait 3 long weeks just to be informed that I am not being considered.
I hope this feedback is taken into account that it does not leave a warm and fuzzy feeling about Crocs when you treat an interviewee like that.
I don't think it should take 1 week in between each interview to get feedback and then 3 weeks just to get feedback from the last interview. Also, the candidate should not have to reach out just to get a status update after they have invested so much time in this interview process.
Please reconsider your interview process timing and the Recruiter should give the candidate an update after a week or two has passed to keep the candidate interested. Only reason why I was patient is because I thought they would have let me know sooner after my last interview if I was not a fit, and there was a chance they were working out the structure details. Many others in my shoes would not wait this long to hear back.
