Crocs interview questions

Reviewed my resume. Asked questions to get to know my personality. A staffing agency did the hiring. Ran a background check on me. Asked if I was willing to do a week of training.

It's super causal, they just ask you what you like to do, if you've ever worn crocs (if not they explain the benifits and that they are trying to be the worlds leading causal footwear company) they ask why you think you would be good here
