Crocs interview questions

Introduction of both interviewers and their position and career history with Crocs. Then moving on to personal questions about me, the candidate. I would explain my job history with details relevant to the job, and how I could be a good addition to their team. They gave me positive feedback at the end of the job and told me they'd stay in contact. However, two days later they informed me that they could no longer hire me due to budget concerns. A week later another call followed and they asked me that the budget constraints were cleared up and asked if I still wanted the job.

Submitted my resume and cover letter online and filled out an application in the store and was called for an interview about a week later. Had a one on one interview with the Assistant Manager, she was very nice and the interview was extremely easy. After another week and a half, I received a phone call from the store manager and proceeded to have a second interview over the phone. I was offered the position on the spot.
