Crocs interview questions

The interview process for a senior accountant role was normal until the end when they pulled a predatory practice and asked me for verbal acceptance and when I didn't and said I required 3 business days to make a decision, demeanor of recruiter changed and then they ghosted me. I find this manipulative and unprofessional, but glad I dodged a bullet of a shoddy culture.
