The test takes an hr. Wait to hear back. A few days later have a 1/2 hr. video conference with hiring manager. Wait. Fly-in for onsite interviews. Wait 3 hrs. Meet for 1 hr. with hiring manager & have the same conversation as the 1st video call. Oh, he steps out during the interview for 15 min. to talk on the phone. After precisely 55 min., hiring manager rushes off to next appt. At this point, I realize I'm just there to be used a comparison to whoever it is they already decided to hire. Anyway, go have lunch with HR. Look, there's the hiring manager at the same restaurant (awkward). Wait another hr. & meet with one of the owners - really nice guy & very sharp. Fly home. Get ghosted. Dodge a bullet.
