I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at DISH (Thornton, CO) in May 2009
Interview
Went into the call center, applied, took various (maybe 2-3) computer tests and a call simulation, finished, was advised of my results (passed) and then was done until I was contacted at a later time to set up an interview. When I went in for my interview it was done by 2 people as I recall, the first one I dont remember, the second person was a call center supervisor, I was asked your typical interview questions and the interview was complete. Short time later I was offered the job and accepted. Whether or not you had to complete the drug test was random and I did not have to but another girl in my training class said that she did have to, and will randomly have to throughout employment.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DISH (Tulsa, OK) in Jul 2012
Interview
It took awhile to hear back, however, the interview did let me know exactly what I needed to be prepared for, and it was a very easy process. From what I hear the best way to get hired is to give a great interview.
